Grandma’s Marathon Price Increase October 15

The early bird registration price for the 43rd annual Grandma’s Marathon is going up soon.

Here's where registration is right now. General registration for the Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon is sold out, although there is the option to purchase a 2-Year Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon Guaranteed Entry which secures an entry into the 2019 and 2020 race through a fundraiser for the Young Athletes Foundation (YAF). Half of the proceeds from the fundraiser directly benefit the YAF. This option is limited to the first 100 registrants and there are approximately 40 spots remaining. The William A. Irvin 5k has approximately 430 spots remaining for 2019.

All Grandma’s Marathon participants registered before 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2018, will receive a complimentary full-zip, fleece lined jacket.

Those looking for the ultimate race experience are invited to take the Full Great Grandma’s Challenge, which pairs the William A. Irvin 5K with the full marathon. Registration is limited to the first 500 individuals.

The 43^rd Grandma’s Marathon Weekend is June 20-22, 2019.

2019 Grandma’s Marathon Online Registration and Fee Structure

Grandma’s Marathon
· October 15 – December 31, 2018: $125 – includes a commemorative full-zip jacket
· January 1 – March 31, 2019: $135 – option to purchase a commemorative jacket
· April 1 – June 1, 2019: $145 – option to purchase a commemorative jacket

Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon
· Registration closed October 3, 2018 as the race capacity of 7,500 participants was reached.

William A. Irvin 5K
· November 1 – June 1, 2019: $40

Great Grandma’s Challenge- Marathon*
· October 15 – October 31, 2018: $185 – includes a commemorative full-zip jacket
· November 1 – December 31, 2018: $190 – includes a commemorative full-zip jacket
· January 1 – March 31, 2019: $200 – option to purchase a commemorative jacket
· April 1 – June 1, 2019: $210 – option to purchase a commemorative jacket
