You know when it's getting to be fall, leaves turn colors, and Gordy's Hi-Hat closes up the doors until next season.

The ever-popular staple said on their facebook page the date would be Sunday, October 7th. So you still have time to enjoy one of their signature cheeseburgers.

The fan-favorite restaurant announced the news on their Facebook page Saturday along with a photo of their famous fish and chips meal. They also posted the news on their website, saying their 58th season would end its run next month. Gordy's Hi-Hat opened in 1960 by the Lundquist family and is still owned and operated by them to this day!

I always make it out to Gordy's at least once every year, but most of the time 4 times.  It's also something you have to visit since it's been around for so many years and has become a part of the regional community as well as Cloquet.

Gordy's Hi-Hat is located at 415 Sunnyside Drive in Cloquet. They are open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.
