Former Viking QB Fran Tarkenton Says He’s Still Hurting Over The Viking Loss

Former Viking Quarterback Fran Tarkenton recorded his first live video to talk to Viking fans to let them know he was hurting still into Monday. He also touched on the fact that former Coach Bud Grant walked out on the field with a short sleeved shirt for the coin toss.

He goes on to say that he is looking forward to next year, that Blair Walsh will be back kicking for the Vikings next year and that with the coaching and the young talent he expects the Vikings to be on top again next year.

He echos what most people are saying. Sometimes things happen for a reason, this may be the motivation to put them in the Super Bowl next year. What a year that would be with the first year in the new stadium.
