Food Drive To Benefit CHUM Happens This Saturday

It's the time of the year when those who depend upon community services really need your help. Here's an event that lets you do just that.

On Saturday, October 24 - local Boy Scouts and CHUM volunteers will be at participating grocery stores for the annual Share Food Drive. Between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, shoppers can donate cash or food items to the cause. There will be posted lists of the most-needed items by area food shelves. Customers can either buy the items and donate them when they leave or make a cash donation.

In addition to Saturday's event, Super One shoppers have the option of donating at the register at any time through the end of October.
