Food And Health Education Group Meets Tuesday May 14th

Learn about healthy food choices and ways you can integrate them into your daily life at a free event, Tuesday May 14th.  The Food and Health Education Group will hold a meeting from 6:30-8PM at the Lake Superior Interfaith Community Church.

This Tuesday, Jim Naus will talk about all things coconut.  You’ll make coconut cream pie, peanut butter chocolate sesame balls, coconut cream dip with fruit, coconut milk, and even blend up a few smoothies.

The Food and Health Education Group meets regularly every second Tuesday of the month.
