The Foo Fighters will be James Corden's latest guests in his hugely popular Late Late Show's segment, "Carpool Karaoke." Their turn in the car will air tomorrow.

News of their participation popped up on Twitter, where the Late Late Show shared a tweet saying, "Surprise! @foofighters #CarpoolKaraoke coming your way this week!," along with an animated GIF of Dave Grohl rocking out in the front passenger seat alongside Corden, and Taylor HawkinsPat Smear, Rami Jaffee, Chris Shiflett and Nate Mendel cramming into the back of the car.

Their appearance is, of course, well-timed, as the band released its ninth album, Concrete and Goldlast week. They recently revealed that one of the guests on the album — "the biggest pop star in the world" — whose identity they'd been teasing for weeks, is Justin Timberlake. While Corden has sung tunes in the car along with other popular musicians like Chris MartinLady Gaga, Bruno MarsRed Hot Chili Peppers, and even former First Lady Michelle Obama, he has named Timberlake a dream guest.

It will be interesting to see how loud things get in the car, given the recent realization that the band's live show once set off a seismograph, an event Grohl called one of his proudest achievements.

The Foo Fighters will make another appearance on TV beginning in November, when their show at the Acropolis in Greece is the focus of the PBS series Landmarks Live in Concert.
