Neil Young will once again lead Farm Aid, the annual benefit concert that supports American farmers. The 2013 edition of the daylong festival will take place on Sept. 21 in Saratoga Springs, NY.

Young, who's one of the chartity's co-founders, will be joined onstage by the organization's other two mainstays, John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson, who launched the benefit concert in 1985.

Farm Aid announced the news on Twitter late last night. Dave Matthews, a longtime board member, will also perform at the show. But no other details have surfaced yet on who else will be part of the lineup.

Last year's outing -- which also included appearances by  Jack JohnsonGrace Potter and the Nocturnals and Kenny Chesney -- drew more than 30,000 fans to Hersheypark, Pa.

Pre-sale tickets go on sale next Tuesday (June 18), with the rest being made available on June 28.
