In partnership with Over The Edge USA, The Greater Downtown Council is hosting a rappelling event the like of which has never occurred in Duluth. On July 11th, a limited number of participants will have the chance to go OVER THE EDGE and rappel nine stories from the Sellwood Building on Superior Street.
