Event Offers E-Waste Disposal Solution

With the increasing way electronic devices work their way into our lives, it's no wonder that the problem of what to do with them has become such a large issue.  When you no longer need those electronic devices or they have stopped working - how can you dispose of them properly?

A free event that offers some solutions is coming to the Twin Ports.  It's called the Twin Ports Recycle Rendezvous, and it's happening Friday and Saturday, October 27 and 28 at Bayfront Festival Park.

While many items are being collected free of charge, there are small fees for others.  The best way to know what you can and can't bring - and, what is free and what you'll be charged for is to check their website prior to attending.

The hours for the event are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Friday, October 27 and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday, October 28.
