Many people are taking the news about the Tragedy in Las Vegas hard. Tonight people will be gathering in candlelight to talk and remember victims of the Las Vegas shooting. Getting together as a community and sharing in the grief is a good way to deal with feelings of desperation or depression you may be having. The vigil will be at 7:30 p.m. at Peace United Church of Christ, 1111 N. 11th Ave. E in Duluth.

The event will include quiet reflection, remarks by community and faith leaders and lighting of candles, according to a news release from Protect Minnesota. It’s hosted by Northland Brady, League of Women Voters Duluth and Organizing for Action. There is also a vigil being held in Minneapolis as well.
