There are lots of reasons for people to relocate to Duluth. Medical care here is wonderful, parks and recreation are great too. Our shopping areas provide everything a person could want, and our home prices are very reasonable (as the article points out.) Educational system  and sports are also both top notch.

Of course we have beautiful Lake Superior, and smaller lakes to enjoy fishing and boating. Winters in Duluth provide an abundance of outdoor activities as well..If a person is looking for a lower priced home with all the amenities,  Duluth is a great place to buy, perhaps even a diamond in the rough.
