Duluth Police Seek Information On Individual Wanted For Questioning In Regards To Downtown Theft Incident

Reaching out on social media to locate suspects has worked for our local law enforcement agencies.  Today, the Duluth Police Department is using the digital world to ask for help in finding an individual wanted for questioning in regards to a theft incident that occurred downtown.
