Duluth Police Make Arrest In Heroin Case; Chicago Resident Michael Williams Faces Charges

Duluth Police successfully completed a search warrant at a residence on East Upham Road on Tuesday, resulting in charges for a Chicago man.

Along with the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force and the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, the police raided the home occupied by 26 year old Michael Williams.  During the search, law enforcement officials found 19 individually packaged pieces of Heroin (a total of 21.6 grams), sales and use paraphranelia, and a small amount of cash.

Williams has been formally charged in St. Louis District Court on First Degree Sale of Heroin.
