Duluth Police Look For Vehicle Prowl/Credit Card Case

The Duluth Police have used social media successfully in recent history in their efforts to locate suspects - and they're doing it again. 

The man pictured in the surveillance photo is wanted in connection with a vehicle prowl incident a few weeks ago along with a fraudulent use of credit card case.
