Duluth Police Issue Warning Over Recent Influx Of Opioid Overdoses

The Duluth Police Department is issuing a general warning about a recent rise of Opioid overdoses in the Northland - with 6 known cases since Thanksgiving.  A warning on their Facebook page alerts the community to the current danger in the drug batch making its way through the Twin Ports.

At the same time that illicit drugs are illegal, authorities want to make sure that any users are aware of the increased danger.  Authorities are reminding individuals that the potency of any street drug can vary and there is always a danger present when taking them.
