Downtown Farmers Market Has Featured Restaurant

Tomorrow Downtown Duluth's Farmer's Market returns, with fresh food and contact with the farmers.

There will be vendor booths, food, drinks, and live entertainment. Stop down to shop, socialize, eat.

There will be many types of food including vegetables. Leafy vegetables include fresh kale, romaine, lettuce, spicy green and mixed green combinations! Other vegetables include kohlrabi, radishes, turnips, and bok choy. Some blueberry plants and other fruit trees are available. We will also continue to offer fresh flowers, meats, cheeses, teas, maple syrup, and mushrooms.

The Downtown Farmer's Market will be held every Tuesday in Lake Superior Plaza (corner of Lake Avenue and Superior Street) from 11am-1pm.

This week take your lunch break to find the Zeitgeist Arts Cafe as the featured restaurant. They will be serving:

Carolina BBQ Beef Brisket Sandwich
Summer Slaw and Chips
$8 (gluten-free $10)

Live music will be provided by The McCullough Brothers.
