The City of Duluth is under a declaration of emergency due to the heavy rain fall which has caused flooded roads and damage to city infrastructure. City staff is partnering with multiple county, state, and federal agencies to provide information and resources to residents. Those resources can be accessed by clicking on the weblinks provided.

Safety is important. The City is encouraging the public to use caution and avoid travel, unless for an emergency purpose. The public should avoid coming into contact with standing water as it may be unsanitary. People should avoid walking near creeks as rushing water could cause serious harm.
