May 30th will begin a showcase of regional films shown to the public free.

Donations will be accepted of course, and will feature films and topics about Indigenous and women's commuities.

The Duluth Superior Film Festival will take place at various venues around the city including Zinema, Teatro Zuccone, Clyde Iron Works, Blacklist Artisan Ales, and The Comet Theater in Cook, MN.

As many as a dozen feature films and all of the short films will have some sort of regional influence as they normally do. .

 

Again, the official opening night will be Wednesday, May 30th, 2018
Clyde Iron Works.with doors opening at 7PM Film at 8 PM with an after film reception in Clyde Iron Mezzanine immediately following the film.

According to the website, over the course of 5 days, the festival will present an exciting slate of films, bring popular music acts, host many visiting filmmakers to introduce and discuss their works, and include an array of events, panels, discussions, and parties.
