Clown Sightings In Chisholm Add To The National Phenomenon

They're everywhere - so it seems;  The last few weeks have brought about a rash of clown-sighting incidents all across the country - setting off both alarm from the general public and concert from authorities.   Even the Duluth Police Department has addressed the issue.

While some of the clown sightings have proved to be hoaxes - or situations with good explanation, there have been some questionable cases.  Tuesday night (October 4), the Iron Range saw its first reports of clowns when the Chisholm Police Department started receiving phone calls;  soon after, video was posted to a Twitter account that shows the suspected clown with a tire.
