Here's a great opportunity for high school students or anyone who might be looking for some seasonal employment at a fairly-decent wage:  The City of Superior is looking to hire Playground Monitors for the 2018 Summer Recreation Program.  Applications are being accepted right now via the City of Superior's website on the Job Opportunities portal.

Applicants would be assigned at various playgrounds during the summer program which runs June 11 through August 17.

Requirements include a valid drivers license, the ability to pass a background check, the ability to pass a post-job offer drug test, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and the ability to withstand various outdoor weather conditions.

The Playground Monitor positions pay a rate of $10.56 to $10.81 an hour, based on a 25 hour a week schedule. The typical day runs 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
