City Of Duluth Needs Your Help Removing Invasive Plants

The city of Duluth needs your help to get rid of some plants taking over the area. The Volunteer events will take place every Tuesday beginning Oct 7, and you will need to have an hour and a half free. You will be helping to tackle some invasive plants in the region.
Throughout October and early November, volunteers will help remove Buckthorn and Japanese Knotweed from various park locations. All tools and equipment are provided. Registration is recommended as service locations may change and are weather dependent.

Oct. 21 | Western Waterfront & Pulaski
Oct. 28 | Irving Park & Main Street
Nov. 4 | Chester Park (parking lot)
