City Of Duluth Looking To Hire Seasonal Workers; Upcoming Hiring Events Provide Opportunities For 18+ Workers

If you love the outdoors and are looking for a seasonal job  this summer, the City of Duluth is looking for you!

A series of hiring event days is coming and you'll want to be at least one of them to make your case.  The city is looking to fill positions in their parks and rec department;  individuals would help city crews maintain parks, streets, sidewalks, and other municipally-owned land.

Dates for the hiring events include:

• March 1:  9:00 AM to Noon - Lake Superior College (Career Services in the Student Resource Center - Room E1011)
• March 1:  1:00 PM to 4:00 PM - UMD (Kirby Commons - Across from the UMD Bookstore)
• March 2: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Duluth WorkForce Center (402 West First Street)
