Everyone says when the new year comes that this is the year to start the diet and workout that will help me lose 10 lbs or more to get to that target weight. My son Sam told me he knew what to do to help me lose weight, so I went to the YMCA with him and she showed me what he thought a good workout would be.

He ran half a mile and walked the other half, then he told me 20 push ups, 20 crunches, working out with the medicine ball (we pushed it back and forth 100 times), a little boxing and kick boxing, and dumb bells.
