Celebrate Mardi Gras With February Drink Deal At Applebee’s

If you can't make it to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, then this is the next best thing.

As they do at the end of every month, Applebee's has announced their newest drink special for the month ahead. In February, they are paying homage to Mardi Gras with the one-dollar Hurricane.

The drink is a mix of rum, passion fruit, orange, black cherry and lime. It rings in at one buck, hence the name, and comes in a 10-oz mug.

The cool thing about this drink deal is that it will extend into early March, as Mardi Gras doesn't arrive until the 5th. This gives you a few extra days to cash in on the special treat.

The chain restaurant does something like this every month. Last month, they had a pirate-themed drink special: rum and Pepsi. It is always fun to see what they come up with.
