One of the worst roads in the Twin Ports - at least when it comes to potholes and surface area - will be seeing some much needed improvement. Later this year, the Duluth International Airport will be renamed in honor of the late Jim Oberstar - the congressman from Chisholm who championed Northland causes during his 36 years in the U.S. House of Representatives.
