Boston Marathon Explosion; Police Investigate Incident At Finish Line

BREAKING:  Police are investigating reports of explosions at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.  The hotel that serves as the headquarters for the event is in a state of lockdown, as officials sort out the details.

The explosions happened about three hours after the finish of the marathon.
