“Blinded By The Light” by Manfred Mann-Rayman’s Song of the Day [VIDEO]

On this day in 1965, Manfred Mann became the very first Western rock band to play behind the Iron Curtain. Although not such a big deal in today's society, it was a monumental achievement back then to have an American group welcomed behind the Curtain. Prague Czechoslovakia had the honors.
