Here's more than you ever cared to know about me. I'm a "lifer".  ...Born and raised on Minnesota's Iron Range...moving to the Twin Ports area 20 years ago. I've worked for these radio stations for18 years and love every minute of it.  Although you hear me on the radio during the mid-day, my main role is Production Manager for our stations - writing and producing commercials. In my spare time (what's that?)  I'm married with one child.  I'm active in my son's school and volunteer in the community and serve on a variety of boards and committees.  I love to cook and have collected records for my entire life.  Although I spin "the Northland's Favorite Hits" on the radio, my collection is mostly comprised of classic country.   I'm also interested in business and economics. Thanks for listening!!

Are They Really Going To Stop Making Dr. Pepper?

I'm a skeptic.  I don't believe much of anything I hear from other people;  It usually takes me personally consuming the story from a valid news source before I attach any validity to it.  So even though I knew that it had to be a viral rumor, I was surprised over the weekend to hear three different people - at three different venues - relate to me their die-hard belief that there were serious plans to stop making Dr. Pepper after this summer.
