Austin McCurdy hasn't been racing that long. His dream since he has been 4 years old was to do it. His dad always did watercross and he wanted to do it to. The only thing is you have to be 14 to start racing. Austin waited until then and started racing.

Once he started he's getting the hang of it. In a phone interview he told me he was unbeaten on Saturday's provided he made the finals. He is one of the top young racers, the future of watercross, and one of the new faces of IWA, which is coming in August to Barkers Island in mid August.

Austin is a typical kid and enjoys wrestling and football. When your family does this, you are naturally pulled in to the excitement of the sport.
