It's an annual event that shines the spotlight on our region down at the capitol.  The 22nd annual Duluth and St. Louis County at the Capitol Days happens Wednesday and Thursday, February 20 and 21 at the State Capitol Building in St. Paul.  This once-a-year event brings together more than 500 residents, business leaders, and community activities from throughout the Northland - with a push to make good things happen for the Arrowhead Region.

In advance of the festivities in St. Paul, the Duluth Chamber is looking for interested citizens to volunteer to be a part of the group that travels down to the Minnesota State Capitol.  Face-to-face meetings have been scheduled for the daytime hours - between business and chamber representatives and state legislators.  Later in the evening, more than 500 people will attend the Grand Reception.  The next morning, participants will meet for breakfast and get a chance to hear from local delegates.  An invitation to the Governor and Lieutenant Governor has been sent.

If you're interested in taking part, the Duluth Chamber has an information page set up on their website, providing all of the details involved with the session.  An early RSVP is requested so that they can finalize their plans for the Duluth and St. Louis County at the Capitol Days.
